Cousin Island
The 27 hectare only extending Cousin island is one of the last places for threatened birds. Since 1968 Cousin is owned by the Royal Society for Nature Conservation, which built a bird protection reserve with the help of the World Wildlife Fund.

Among the species you can see are the Seychelles fody, the turtle dove, the white-faced tropic bird, the wedge-tailed shearwater, the fairy tern, the noddy and the bridled tern.
Beach View
April, May and June is the best time to visit Cousin, when thousands of birds come for breeding. You can discover the island on excursions tuesdays, thursdays and fridays.
